MyMathDone.com has been in business for 5 years. It promotes itself as a STEM coursework assistance agency. We have known of this company for some time, and there has been some discussion of it among users of our site. But more recently there have been requests for a MyMathDone review because of some negative experiences. We conducted the review as we always do – looking at content on the website, including information about products and services, writers, pricing, etc., reviewing MyMathDone testimonials, looking at samples and a blog if there is one, and then looking at customer reviews elsewhere on the web. Ultimately, we ordered a research paper to assess quality ourselves.
Offered Products and Services
At first glance, it looks like the company only offers homework help in STEM subjects – specifically naming math, programming, engineering, chemistry, and physics. Digging deeper into the site, however, we learned that, in fact, they offer all types of academic writing too, including graduate level theses and dissertations.
Quality of Products/Services
It seems that quality is rather random, based on the person who is assigned to the order. Some students who ordered homework help were satisfied; others stated that their answers were correct, but they could not understand the steps or the explanations, often because the person completing the work was foreign and had very poor English skills.
In terms of writing products, MyMathDone.com does not get good reviews. Customers complain that the writing quality is poor and resources often not up-to-date.
The paper we ordered reflected the same issues and had clearly been produced by an ESL writer. No student would have received a decent grade from any instructor.
Quality of Customer Support
My Math Done agents can be contacted via phone or live chat, and we did just that. Again, we were talking with foreigners who were difficult to understand. They had difficulty providing us with even information that was clearly on the site, such as discount programs and the different quality levels that could be ordered. As always, we asked how quickly a Ph.D. dissertation could be delivered and were told five days – ridiculous.
Prices and Discounts
MyMathDone prices are a bit high, beginning a $19.99/page for standard level quality, and increase up to $52.99 for the highest quality level and a tight deadline. There are discounts provided – 20% for a first-time order, with a promo code on the site. There are other discounts, from 5 – 15%, based on a cumulative number of ordered pages, and customers are given coupon codes for those.
Additional Benefits
Most benefits are fee-based, including something called an “advanced plagiarism check.” Customers can order among three levels of quality, but they are assured that always there will be a writer with at least a Master’s degree.
Recommendations
Our review always tries to summarize pros & cons. In this case, we would say that student in need of STEM coursework help may be satisfied, if they get an expert with whom they can easily communicate. In terms of academic writing, however, we cannot recommend that students use this service.
Clearly, MyMathDone.com is not a fraud or scam., although it does not have a BBB membership. Overall, we have given a rating of “Fair” for STEM homework help and “poor” for academic writing.

What a disrespectful company!
What a disrespectful company! They don`t care about you, nor they care about your orders. I paid the too high price (not in money) for a simple research paper. Not even a single try, again. Never.
I doubt they do anything at all
I doubt they do anything at all. My promised maths calculations weren`t all correct. I regret relying on them. If you`re looking for some nice job to be done – look at some other place, but not here.
