Quality of Products/Writers

To assess Get Academic help product quality, we used several sources. First, the company states that it uses only ENL writers with degrees from English-speaking colleges and universities. That said, we would expect products to be well researched and written. Here are our findings:

• Writing samples published on the site are scholarly, authentically researched, and indicative of appropriate and grammatically correct formal writing.
• The vast majority of customers on other review sites and social media are highly pleased with the product quality they have received. They speak to well-structured and written pieces which follow their instructions and use resources that they have designated.
• The research paper we received met the scholarly expectations that we have for a college level piece. We felt no need to ask for any revisions to this product.

We make it a point to contact the customer support department three times during our investigations. First, we call and ask detailed questions about policies, procedures, and products. Second, we call as we are completing our research paper order, again, asking questions about detail in the order form. The third contact is via live chat, and we ask for information regarding either a thesis or a dissertation, specifically how fast a complete piece can be produced.
